Scope of Works
New building to facilitate water sport activities on the marina lake with an emphasis on inclusion and full provision of disabled facilities.
Works Included
- Manufacture and installation of all internal doors and frames including veneered, laminated and PVC wrapped door leaves.
- Manufacture and installation of internal sapele framed fire rated glazed screens.
- Manufacture and installation of cedar cladding to the envelope of the building and container screening.
- Construction of structural timber walls to provide a substrate for the external cladding.
- Manufacture and installation of all external decking and joisting, and cladding to form a container screen.
