Scope of Works
Construction of new cafe area, mezzanine floor and retail space.
Works Included
- Installation of timber joists between steel frame and plywood to provide substrate for floor finish.
- Manufacture and fitting of toilet cubicles, IPS panels and vanity units.
- Forming of lighting bulkhead and handrail to stairs.
- Oak treads, landing and handrail to steel staircase to
main shop area.
- Oak panelling reinstatement to lower ground meeting room.
- Parquet flooring reinstatement to lower ground area.
